The Occoneechee Amateur Radio Society is a club that resides under the Council Programs Committee for the Occoneechee Council, BSA in Raleigh, NC
The club consists of all members of the BSA and Occoneechee Council, as well as the surrounding councils, who are both registered members of the BSA in good standing, and licensed Amateur Radio Operators
